Why spin, · It’s low impact, with little to no stress on those ankle, knee, and hip joints. · For cardiac / fitness improvement you get to work at your level. · If you can sit on a seat and peddle, you are capable of doing a class, (please notify the instructor that you are new to the class) · You control the whole workout, the speed you peddle and the resistance you work at. (isn’t that great) · All you need is a drink bottle and a sweat towel. If you have never participated in a class but would like to have a go, contact us below. |
