Spinning

The YMCA has been running indoor cycling (spin/spinning) classes since May 2009

With three enthusiastic instructors providing a verity of energetic class profiles in a motivating and safe environment, why wouldn’t you get the workout results you are looking for?

Why spin,

·       It’s low impact, with little to no stress on those ankle, knee, and hip joints.

·       For cardiac / fitness improvement you get to work at your level.

·       If you can sit on a seat and peddle, you are capable of doing a class, (please notify the instructor that you are new to the class)

·       You control the whole workout, the speed you peddle and the resistance you work at. (isn’t that great)

·       All you need is a drink bottle and a sweat towel.
