Class Descriptions:
- Easy Combo (Monday, Friday) – A combination class of low impact exercise, step and pump techniques
- Easy Combo (Wednesday) – A low impact class suitable for all participants
- Body Blast (Monday) – A combination of aerobics and floor work for all levels of fitness
- Jump Start (Tuesday, Saturday) – A combination of aerobics, step, pump and floor work for all levels
- Step Up (Wednesday) – Step routines with Abs, buns and thighs for all levels of fitness
