Group Fitness

Group Fitness & Aerobics classes are held mornings, lunchtime and evenings 6 days a week.
The classes covered are:

Classes are taught on rotation by our YMCA Group Fitness Instructors.
Not all classes are run daily and some classes are subject to demand and availability, please refer to the schedule on the home page for the next up and coming event or click HERE for the main YMCA class timetable.

Class Descriptions:
  • Easy Combo (Monday, Friday) – A combination class of low impact exercise, step and pump techniques
  • Easy Combo (Wednesday) – A low impact class suitable for all participants
  • Body Blast (Monday) – A combination of aerobics and floor work for all levels of fitness
  • Jump Start (Tuesday, Saturday) – A combination of aerobics, step, pump and floor work for all levels
  • Step Up (Wednesday) – Step routines with Abs, buns and thighs for all levels of fitness
