Sit and Be Fit

 This class is part of our Kiwi Seniors group. The entire class is based around the chair, so if you have trouble standing or balance problems, give this one a try! Exercises are more strenuous and fast paced than Falls Prevention, but a great way to get fit while staying seated.


Sit and Be Fit is held every Tuesday at 9am in the YMCA Aerobics room. The class is taken by our very experienced instructor, Pam, who is sure to give you a challenge!
