CR fitness
Our gym is stocked with all the right training tools to help you reach your goals. Some of these tools include:
• Exer-cycles
• Cross-trainers
• Steppers
• Treadmills, or
• Rowing ergometers
For improving one’s CR fitness members can choose to work-out on any of the machines listed above. CR training refers to continuous, rhythmic activity involving large muscle groups which induces an increase in heart and lung function. Regularly completing this form of training has a positive impact on the body’s ability to more efficiently supply the working muscles with blood and oxygen to sustain exercise.
For added enjoyment when exercising, all cardio equipment is placed in front of T.V.s so members won’t miss those all important programmes.
