Young people aged 14-17 years who have been referred through Youth Court.
It is a wrap around service where an individualised 3 - 6 month programme is developed so the young person can stay in their community.
Can be used for offences which, if committed by an adult, would result in imprisonment or in situations where any other court sanction is clearly inappropriate.
It is an order which is offered when custody is the only other alternative.
