Programmes are completely individualized with the possibilities ranging from weight loss and toning to improving cardiorespiratory (CR) fitness, muscular strength and/or increasing lean body mass. Our educated health and fitness instructors’ will utilize the information gathered during the fitness assessment to piece together the best possible training options to get you on your way to a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
