If developing muscular strength and endurance or building muscle is your objective then we have a wide selection of dumbbells, barbells and cable machines to suit your needs.

Strength training simply refers to any form of exercise which uses a resistance to oppose the force of muscle contraction.
If new to the world of strength (aka resistance) training it is highly recommended an appointment be made to meet with one of our fitness instructors. Besides choosing the right method of resistance training to suit your goal/s, technique is of utmost importance. For these reasons working alongside one of our instructors will clarify and fine tune your skills.
